Hi, I’m Lindsey, a Nutrition Specialist and Pilates Instructor.
As a dedicated member of the Life Time Fitness team—and also through my own private coaching practice—I guide individuals and small groups through personalized Pilates sessions, tailored fitness training, and comprehensive nutrition coaching. Fueled by a genuine passion for Pilates instruction, fitness, and holistic health, I bring over 12 years of experience to my work. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Wellness, Health Promotion, and Injury Prevention, with a strong focus on health and nutrition.
Whether through Life Time or independently, my mission remains the same: to educate, motivate, and inspire others to achieve sustainable wellness and a balanced, healthy lifestyle.
